Our new Guatemala this season is a full, rounded, milky bodied coffee from the Fraijanes region. Beautiful notes of swiss chocolate, lime-like acidity and toffee flavours add to the complexity of this single origin coffee. Coffee from the Fraijanes region is well known for its piquant acidity making it one of the most intense varieties in Guatemala. This coffee is sweet with a gentle citrus undertone, works wonderfully as a straight espresso or with whole milk. Guatemala has always been a favourite region, consistently producing outstanding coffees. This coffee is Rainforest Alliance Certified.
