BLACK CHERRY CACAO SPICE
Our NOMAD Blend follows coffee harvesting round the world through the year. Every quarter, we update the blend to include the best of the season's harvest, creating coffees that are full of complexity, and deliver strong body and bold flavours.
This season’s NOMAD is a blend of three of our favourite coffees. The Colombia Timaná delivers on the big body and sweet chocolate notes inherent to Colombian coffees, superbly complemented by the medium acidity and stone fruit flavours of our Kenya Honeybush Estate. The Honduras enhances the chocolates and brings to the cup a creamy, dark cacao sweetness. This blend brews fantastically well as a Filter or an Espresso.
CHOCOLATE SPICED LEMON PLUM
Our CELEBRATION Blend is an Espresso blend borne out of love for everything coffee. We've bought lots of fantastic coffee from Kenya and Colombia over the past year, and each time we find something more wonderful and more exotic.
We’ve always loved Colombia coffees and we love pairing them with our African favourites from Kenya and Ethiopia. This blend is full bodied and complex, offering everything a great blend should. The Colombia Timaná is the dominant bean - strong, bold and full of character. The delicate Sidamo adds a wonderful floral aroma and citrus freshness to the cup. The blend is rounded of with the Kenya Honeybush Estate and its notes of fruits and spice, each bean complimenting one another beautifully.
MILK CHOCOLATE PLUM SPICE
Our FESTIVAL Blend is a superb blend initially created for the 2016 Summer festival season. We work closely with the harvest schedules of Kenya and Guatemala to ensure only the freshest varieties of Guatemala and Kenya beans are married together.
Our FESTIVAL blend is 50% Guatemala SHB Finca San Francisco and 50% Kenya Honeybush Estate. The Guatemala is a beautiful coffee for this blend – it's creamy and mellow with a chocolate aftertaste, displaying gentle acidity and notes of sweet black plum. The Kenya Honeybush Estate is a nicely spiced coffee with fruity notes of plums. These two coffees work wonderfully well together to create a blend that is amazingly balanced as a straight espresso and that really comes to life with milk.
