Returns/Cancellation Policy

If coffee is returned due to being damaged, faulty or defective, within a reasonable timeframe under the Sale of Goods Act, we will issue a full refund. In addition to this, where a consumer exercises their cancellation rights within seven days of purchase they will be given a refund within thirty days of the cancellation request.


If your coffee does not arrive we will be happy to offer either a replacement coffee or add an additional month to the subscription if you let us know within 28 days from shipping.  Fortunately all of our shipments are fully traceable, so we'll be able to help with any lost packages, just give us a call.  Tel: 07736 239945

Shipping Times and Delivery Policy

UK parcels are sent via Royal Mail, delivery is 3 - 5 working days from placing your order.

Overseas shipping is sent via Parcel Force and can take up to 28 days, but we always strive to get it to you within 7 working days.  Wholesale orders are roasted and shipped in the same week using TNT and UPS.


We promise to protect your privacy. We use your information submitted at checkout to process your order. When you place an order in our store, you are asked for your name, e-mail and delivery address – credit card payments are processed through PayPal, we are not party to this information.
